By downloading, installing, or using the Ortho Rehab Care application or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including patients, surgeons, physiotherapists, and any other healthcare professionals.

Medical Disclaimer

Ortho Rehab Care is a technology platform designed to facilitate communication and coordination between patients and healthcare professionals. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Always follow the guidance of your licensed surgeon or physiotherapist.
• Do not use information from this app to self-diagnose or self-treat.
• In case of a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
• Stop any exercise immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, or unusual symptoms.

User Accounts & Eligibility

To use Ortho Rehab Care, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Healthcare professionals (surgeons, physiotherapists) must provide valid license credentials during registration. We reserve the right to verify credentials and suspend accounts that provide false information.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Ortho Rehab Care to:

• Share false, misleading, or fraudulent health information
• Impersonate any person or healthcare professional
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the platform
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or data
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code

Intellectual Property

All content on Ortho Rehab Care, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, exercise videos, rehabilitation protocols, and software, is the exclusive property of Ortho Rehab Care or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written consent. Personal, non-commercial use of the platform content for your own recovery is permitted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ortho Rehab Care and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Personal injury or property damage arising from your use of the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Interruption or cessation of the Service

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@orthorehabcare.in. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

We encourage users to contact us first to resolve disputes informally before pursuing formal legal action.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, sending an in-app notification.

Your continued use of Ortho Rehab Care following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
